Keith has deep experience in structured finance and capital markets, gained from his 15 years at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Barclays. Prior to Novele, Keith co-founded PerPay (exited), Engin Capital (private debt & equity), and BetterSpaces. He also served as CFO at CodeGreen, the US’ leading sustainability consulting company focused on commercial real estate and was instrumental in the firm's sale in 2019.  

Keith currently serves on the Urban Land Institute’s Tech and Innovation Council and has invested in multiple fin-tech, prop-tech, and climate-tech companies.  

Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
