Richard is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in technical program management and business analysis in product development. Most recently, Richard was a senior technical Program Manager of EV Propulsion at Faraday Future, managing the FF 91's entire propulsion launch for the vehicle program. He has a proven track record of overseeing project statuses, supply chain, finance and budget, and cross-functional team collaboration. Richard previously held key roles at Karma Automotive, managing project lifecycles and coordinating teams.

Richard holds B.A. in Business from Arizona State University and an M.Sc. in Business Analytics from UC Irvine. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
